By downloading or using QuietPulse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

QuietPulse is a breathing exercise application that provides guided breathing sessions with visual and haptic feedback. The app is designed for general wellness purposes and is not a medical device.

Medical Disclaimer

QuietPulse is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The breathing techniques provided are for general wellness purposes only. If you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular condition, or any other health concern, consult your healthcare provider before using breathing exercises. If you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort during any exercise, stop immediately.

Subscriptions

QuietPulse offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase, managed entirely through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms of service. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings at any time.

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial of premium features. After the trial period, free users retain access to 5 breathing patterns. No payment information is required to start the trial.

Intellectual Property

QuietPulse, its design, animations, and content are the intellectual property of Dr. Renaldo Jones. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

Limitation of Liability

QuietPulse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the application.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of QuietPulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
